We are open for business, but temporarily closed on Saturdays with limited access in the office Monday – Friday.
However, in order to help “flatten the curve” we have made the following changes to protect our customers, employees, and community:
- We are adhering to the CDC’s requirement & City of Los Banos Executive Order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by “Social Distancing and Sanitation Protocol”. We have installed a plexiglass to separate customers and the cashier at our restricted customer area. We are limiting the number of customers to 5 or less in our restricted customer area. All Customers and employees communicating in person must wear face coverings.
- Our technicians are wearing shoe covers, gloves, and face masks on all service calls. Most of our work is performed on roofs, in attics, or back yards where contact is limited. If entry to your home or business is necessary, we are following “social distancing” rules as set forth by the CDC for essential services.
- If you have called in for a repair or have a scheduled appointment, and you or a family member becomes ill, please notify us ASAP and we will reschedule our visit.
Our shop continues to receive daily deliveries from our distributors. Call our office if you need to schedule a service, purchase a part or have any questions or concerns. Our office is fully staffed to handle all your HVAC needs!
